Butter
Split the bagel in half
and gently press the top of the bagel to
flatten. Insert the smile face stencil into your
Pop Art toaster. Toast the top of the bagel in
the slot with the stencil and the bottom of the
bagel in the slot without a stencil. (We used
level 4, but choose your preference).
Prepare the egg your favorite way – fried or
scrambled. We prepared ours omelet style and
melted some cheese into it.
Cook bacon if desired.
When bagel is toasted, butter the inside and
assemble your sandwich with the egg and bacon.
Even if you’re not a morning person a smiling
sandwich will have you smiling right back.
