For one year from date of original purchase, we will provide, free of charge, a replacement toaster if the product fails because of a manufacturing defect.
Product must be used in accordance to the instruction
manual for use and care. The following is NOT covered
by the warranty:

Damage to the product caused
by misuse, accident, fire, floods or other
unexplainable acts.

Failure of the product if it
is used for other than its intended purpose.

Incidental or consequential
damage caused by possible defects with this product.
This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which
vary from state to state. To know what your legal
rights are in your state, consult your local consumer
affairs office or your state's Attorney General.
To obtain service under this
warranty, follow these instructions:

Call LC Premiums, Ltd.
At 212-779-7814 . A representative will
assist you.

If necessary, the
representative will ask you to return the product
and provide you with a return authorization number.
No product return will be accepted without this
number. You will then need to do the following:

Package the product carefully
to avoid damage - preferably in the original
packaging.

Send the product (postage
paid) with original sales slip to:
